Our home which has been newly remodeled and decorated (January 5, 2001). It has over 2100 square feet of living space which includes a full kitchen, separate breakfast room, dining room, living room, and a laundry room. This floor plan features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and full bath that is located away from the other three bedrooms (queen-size bed, two twin beds, and day bed with trundle) and two bathrooms. French doors open onto the screened-in lanai where you can relax, swim, and have fun in our private heated pool. Located on a quiet canal, you are provided with complete privacy in addition to a spectacular backyard view of the Nassau Canal which is less than one minute away from the river. As guests in our "Paradise" you can enjoy the luxuries of the Yacht Club which include a public beach and marina, racquetball and tennis, etc... Golfers can choose from more than 30 courses close to home. Amenities: Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Private Pool, Garage, Charcoal Grill (BBQ), Pets NOT allowed, No Smoking Activities (on site or nearby): Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Racquetball, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet-skiing, Shelling Utilities will be paid up to $75. 2 week minimum is requested on all rentals during Christmas, New Years, & Easter. March-April. |
