The waterfront boat access house which was situated in the popular yachting port area of Cape Coral with direct, fast boat access to the Caloosahatchee River, without bridges or air-locks.

The Cape Coral beach is approx. 800 meters away from the tropical islands "Sanibel Island" and "Captiva".  It is about 25 minutes travel time. Large purchase centers, golf and tennis are directly in the place.

The house has direct access because of the Driftwood Canal, which is a calm maintained and original residential area in the south area of Cape Coral- nearby the Cape Coral Bridge.  It is also equipped with a dock for an adequate boat landing place.

There is also a group of stone seats with a stone table.  From here one may also without license fish the channel and watch the numerous fish play lively in the canal.  The Driftwood Canal also offers a direct connection- without bridge- to the River and the Gulf of Mexico.

The home is surrounded by many different trees and beautiful exotic birds. In the garden there are many citrus trees, like lemons, grapefruits, and avocados.  The trees carry many fruits during ripe season.

The Entire House is hygienically laid out with bright tiles.  All furniture was carefully selected.  In almost all spaces are cover fans, which support the naturally available central air conditioning system.  

In the house is further space with the washing machine and the laundry dryer.

The Living Area.  In this generously measured area you can sit together on a 2 or 3 seat couch in the modern Florida style comfortably.  From here you have a beautiful view of the pool area and the channel lying behind.  A group of external seats is directly behind the large sliding door. In the area of the TV  there is a Rattan seating set. There you will also find a radio and telephone. 

The Pool area is arranged generous. The new pool has a size of approx. 5 x of 12 meters and is heated. The pool has integrated seat loads to a sun bath. The water is brought in the winter by a solar heating on optimal bath temperature. There are available couches for ease. If you should look for shade, then you can select the considered terrace with group of seats. In the darkness you know the pool (underwater headlights) light up romantically. So you have the possibility of taking a refreshing bath also in the evening. The pool is regularly professionally waited.

A gas grill is at your disposal. Two new bicycles for sporty operation are likewise available. With transportation the closer or further environment can be explored.

This area offers sufficient work space for several people. The open kitchen bar is equipped with bar stools.

The Beach of Cape Coral is distant only 1/2 mile from the house. This calm and clean beach is an absolute " Insider tip ". Here your in a private atmosphere of everything of a beach vacation and more: Changing rooms, toilets, shower, grill workstation (considered). Despite this rich supply the beach is never crowded. Another plus you have by the proximity to the house no parking lot concerns.
For the " small ones " there is a shaded playground surrounded with palms.
A beach cafe, which is open 9:00 o'clock until sunset, just footsteps away. Here you get - beside your daily paper - warm, cold and ice-cold beverages as well as a lunch for small hunger occasionally. 

On weekend there is  " Live music ", which does not penetrate however up to the house. Do you fish gladly? Between beach and beach cafe rises up 200 m of long Fishing pier in the water. Here you can eject your fishing rod, watch anglers or simply just walk the bar where pelicans stroll all around. 

By the way: the more frequent dolphins come here. We are happy to supply you with tips about renting a boat.
